Cancellation and Refunds Policy


At VISHAL, we are committed to ensuring the satisfaction of our customers, and we understand that sometimes cancellations or refunds may be necessary. We have designed a liberal cancellation policy to assist you as much as possible.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 3-5 days of placing the order.
  • Cancellation requests may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to vendors/merchants, and they have initiated the shipping process.
  • Perishable items, such as flowers, eatables, and similar products, cannot be canceled.

Refunds and Replacements

  • Refunds or replacements may be issued if the customer can establish that the quality of the product delivered is unsatisfactory.
  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please report it to our Customer Service Team immediately. The issue will be reviewed once the merchant has inspected the item on their end. The report should be made within 3-5 days of receiving the product.
  • If the product you receive does not match the description or expectations (e.g., different from what is shown on the website), please notify our Customer Service Team within 3-5 days of receiving the item. After reviewing your complaint, we will take the appropriate action.

Warranty-Related Complaints

  • If your product comes with a manufacturer warranty, please refer to the manufacturer’s warranty terms for any complaints related to defects or issues covered by the warranty.

Refund Processing

  • If your cancellation or refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 9-15 days. Please allow this timeframe for the amount to be credited to your account.
